And even if you survive, you could have a heart attack after three weeks (God willing). If you have a little extra month and fat in your body then maybe you can live a little longer. However, we will never recommend you to do this.
Irregular sleep increases the risk of diseases
We already know that a person needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day to lead a healthy normal life. But somehow if you always tend to go to bed irregularly or late to go without this rule, then you may have some physical problems. But let's take a look at the problems that can occur as a result of irregular sleep.
If you don't get enough sleep or sleep less, you may have problems with high blood pressure. According to doctors, if a person does not sleep properly, the living organisms can not function properly.
